Hi team,

Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:

Issue: development board USB-PD-CHG-EVM-01 cannot connect with the development tool TPS2570Application Customizatiom（TPS25750_Application_Customization_Tool 7.0.2, please see the figure below:

Device Connectivity: Development Board USB-PD-CHG-EVM-01 is connected to the USB of the computer with the USB2ANY adapter. The USB2ANY adapter connects to the computer for communication which works well. BATT J2 is connected to a 7.4-V battery and J3 is wired as USB2ANY through USB2ANY. The voltage of J1 is 7.4V, and the operating voltage of the TPS2570D is normal.

Could you help check this case? Thanks.
