BMS was developed using BQ40Z50

18V voltage is measured in the data when charging using a charger/discharger

We charged it at 8V level.

Hello Kim,

The voltage difference is too much. Do you have the correct termination for unused cell voltage inputs.?

charging condition :  8.3v 4A charging, 0.2A cutoff

Charging conditions are not abnormal.

At the end of charging, a high voltage is measured and gradually decreases over time.

Hello Kim,

The gauge should be reporting the voltage that is applied, otherwise it indicates an issue.

Also measure voltage at BAT+. The voltage at PACK+ is the charger voltage.
