Dear Team,
We have a project uses the bq25890 as charger IC, but we want to connect the battery NTC to gauge.
If so, the bq25890 will not enter changing status, and then always keep in not-charging mode.
UI's EE tried to connect the TS pin to a resistor could let the bq25890 enter the "Fast-charging" mode.
However, the bq25890 will always generate IRQ to SOC if no battery was plugged.
1. Have any register can disable the TS function?
I've set these bits, but no any effect.
2. How to design the TS part of the schematic?
3. How to avoid the IRQ always be generated in our case?
