UCD90124 is very old device and GUI stops support it many years ago.

I would recommend to order UCD90124A to get a better support.

Do you have a local TI representative to support?

I couldn't guess from TI WEB that it's not supported (The device status is active).

I think you should consider change the status to Not recommended to new design.

(I have purchased 50 devices that I have to throw away)
