Please help recommend suitable TI chip which is close to FAN3278TMX、FDS8958A in fuction.

    Hello Jimmy,

    The FAN3278 is a half bridge driver with a configuration to drive a P channel Mosfet which is why the VDD rating is up to 27V to match the power FET half bridge input voltage of up to 27V. TI does not have a driver for the high side PMOS configuration but does have half bridge drivers that can work in the same applications with N channel high side and low side power MOSFET's. 

    The most cost efficient device would be the LM5108 which has 2.6A gate drive current, can work up to 100V high voltage bus and has driver input interlock which prevents both driver channel outputs from being on at the same time if the driver inputs are both high. The interlock feature improves robustness and noise immunity for half bridge applications including motor drive. There are other similar function drivers that TI has to offer if there is a concern on the LM5108 parameters are features.
