TPS23754: Need to review schematic

Hello Expert,

Our customer has a plan to use tps23754 and RJ-45 which is integrated transformer.

Pin15,16 of RJ-45 on the schematic is for shield.

Could you please review schematic and let me know your opinion?

I need it ASAP.
