LM5156H: Measuring the Control Loop Response of a Power Supply

Part Number: LM5156H

Hi,

We would like to measure control loop stability of our boost controller LM5156H with an oscilloscope and function generator.
Could someone give us some application to do that or some advice, recommended probe 1: 1, 1: 2, 1:10, AC coupling on the oscilloscope?
Unfortunate we don't have currently an oscilloscope with build-in AFG and automatic bode plot function, but I think we can do measurements with currently available laboratory equipment.
Boost controller works stable but we want to check amplitude and phase margin.

Differences from the regular measurement:
Boost converter: Vout adjustable 48VDC-200 VDC, controller works in DCM mode
