I found that using DEFOFF and CEFOFF to control the switching speed of MOS is not fixed, sometimes it is tens of milliseconds, and sometimes it is hundreds of milliseconds. Is there any setting that can control this speed.

Hi Mark,
CFETOFF and DFETOFF for the BQ76952 do have a variable delay. See the entry in table 6-9 of the technical reference manual. To reduce the delay do not use SLEEP mode, but the delay may still be up to 250 ms depending on the timeline of the part.
