How can i find or calculate the dead time from datasheet?
In datasheet which term is talking about dead time?
Hell Sajna,
Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. TI does not specify dead time for our power blocks as this is primarily determined by the external gate drive circuit. We do provide typical switching times in the datasheet as explained in the blog at the link below. Again, these times are highly dependent on the external gate drive circuit.

TI FET Applications
thank you John.
for an integrated buck regulator (Mosfet +Controller in same package), how can i calculate the switching losses of MOSFET.
Conduction losses can be easily calculated. However to calculate switching losses what parameters i should consider.
Hello Sajna,
Thanks again for your interest in TI FETs. I'm including links to an app note and TI FET selection tool below. The app note includes a detailed analysis of sync buck converter losses including common source inductance. The excel-based tool uses the loss equations from the app note and allows the user to compare up to 3 different TI FET solutions based on power loss, package and 1k price. Take a look at the equations tab for the formulas used to calculate the FET losses. There are many other resources available on the web for calculating switching losses. Please contact me if you have any questions.
