Hi Gate Driver Team,
Can I ask some questions while running the UCC27282 PSPICE simulation (Transient model from the ti.com product folder)?
(1) When I run the simulation, I can see a strange voltage peak at falling edge of LO and HO. Could you advise why it does happen?
(2) I replace the ideal switch to CSD18537NQ5A (plus decoubling capacitor (220pF), discharging path thru 100kohm resistor, gate resistor (1ohm)). I observe a severe oscillation on HO and LO. Could you advise why and how to solve it?
