In the user guide of the TPS1H000EVM, the EVM's plot shows the marking of the REV.A, but in the real EVM board we have on hand it's REV.0B. What're the difference between REV.A and REV.B?

Hi Brian,
Between REV A and REVB are some optimizations to the board in terms of layers and traces.
You can use the User Guide schematic as the schematic for the REV B board as well.
Thanks,
