Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:
Now the customer have learned successfully, and then make some modifications to the exported GG file: Cycle to 0, update status 06 to 02, after importing finish, then export the production file.
After the chip imports the production file, update status is 02, VOK , QEN is low.
Is this battery pack ready for use after that? Is there anything else needed? Such as RESET and enable IT algorithms. Once IT algorithms are enabled, Update status will change to 06 instead of 02.
Once the MCU code is written, it is necessary to enable IT algorithms inside the MCU? If so, does the update status also change to 06 when the algorithm is enabled?
Could you help check this case? Thanks.
