BQ28Z610-R1: Max Charge Current =32767mA in lifetime , External 2 Temperature=3003.5℃ in PF Status

Can you share the .gg file from the battery so we can see the lifetime data? CFETF indicates the gauge saw charge current when the charge FET was disabled.

I assume the temperature is from only using one thermistor, if only one thermistor is used it will abnormal temperatures.

The charge current, this could be caused by something external applying a voltage to the sense resistor, it looks like the battery voltage were very low when the event occurred. I do not see the CFETF flag you're referencing in the .gg file.

Yes ,only one thermistor is used.so maybe what happened? 

 CFETF flag is not in the .gg file.  It's in Bit register.

Can you share your bqStudio dashboard showing the safety status?

If you are using one thermistor the other reported temperature should not be used, the settings should reflect the use of only one thermistor being used.

As I mentioned, for the CFETF to occur, there must've been charge current seen on the sense resistor when the gauge wanted the CHG FET to be disabled. This can indicate a permanent failure condition if the gauge cannot stop charge with the FETs.
