UCC21540: about Half-Bridge classD amplifier with UCC21540 and two MOSFET

Part Number: UCC21540

I’m an audio amplifier engineer .

I try to design half bridge 1000W classD power amplifier with UCC21540.

First,I choosed STP20N20 (Stmicro )  as power mosfet .

The perfomance was good !

Unfrortunately ,  due to the shortage of semicondutrors , we are cosidering adding other power MOSFET .

I mean that I'm looking to design a half-bridge ClassD amplifier with tow MOSFET .

Such as , Hside STP52N20 (ST micor ) , Lside  FDP52N20 (On semi ) or  Lside STP52N20 (ST micor ) , Hside  FDP52N20 (On semi ) .

I understand that it's not common.
Since the switching characteristics are different, the latest attention should be paid to simultaneous on.

Is it realistic if even audio performance can be sacrificed? It was
In other words, I would like to generate a large dead time with UCC21540.

Is there any other serious problem I'm not aware of?
