TLV733P-Q1: Effective Output Impedance

Hello E2E,

My customer is using TLV73318PQDRVRQ1.  They are trying to determine the output impedance of this device.  Specifically, here is their question:

"what is the equivalent resistance and inductance of output pins of this LDO"

Do we have this information available?  If needed to share internally, please let me know.

    Hi Russel,

    For the R component, we can use the dropout voltage @ Iload spec. For the 1.8V version, the max dropout @ Iload = 300mA is 300mV. This sets the max output resistance as 1Ω (= 300mV/300mA). 

    Inductance is not so easy to get and we do not have data for this.
