UCC256403: Can I connect the VCC pin and RVCC pin?

Hello,

UCC256403 is used, but 13V will be applied to VCC from the outside.
At this time, is it okay to connect the VCC pin and RVCC pin to eliminate the loss of the internal LDO?

According to this post, VCC and RVCC should not be shorted.

Compared to power stage losses, the LDO loss would be very minimal as it is operating at lower VCC voltage (13V). So, I wouldn't recommend to short VCC and RVCC terminals. Rather, I would optimize the power stage to increase the efficiency.
