We have boost design in which we have used LM5022. When we performed tests inside temperature chamber we noticed that in temperature range below zero the boost converted starts limiting the output (We see this as voltage decrease on output). We have also done some signal measurements inside the chamber and it is visible that device starts decreasing the duty cycle which results in output voltage decrease. We also checked that peak current on sense resistors are not reached, which ise set by RS2 resisotr.
We also investigated voltage and current control loop. The issue seems to be connected with current loop, because in case we set the peak current to higher value (in Datasheet referenced as RS2), the issue is gone. At the moment with the inductor that we are are using we can not increase the peak current.
