Hi team,
My customer use TPS22920 in their project. Below is their schematic.
The test waveform as shown below.
According the datasheet, when the ON signal is low, the Vout will be low. But the test result show the Vout start going high when ON is low.
Could you please help review and give some comments about the issue?
