Hi Team,
I got a question about choosing RVCC from my customer. They want to 12 or 24 series register for cost down but the description in the datasheet is very unclear on RVcc.
could you tell me following points?
1. In my understanding, We can estimate Rvcc max value from the following equation. Is this understanding correct?
RTNmin-(Rvcc x Iq_max x 1.2) > 10V
⇒Rvcc < (RTNmin - 10V) / (Iq_max x 1.2V)
RTNmin : UVLO threshold in their circuit
Rvcc : Series resister for Vcc
Iq_max : Iq under 10V Vcc condition
In my customer condition, they plan to set UV to 35V so,
Rvcc < (35V - 10V) / (1.0mA x 1.2) = 20.8k ohm
2. could you tell me how small Rvcc can be drivable by internal shunt regulator? The information is needed to estimate min Rvcc value.
