I am using various power ICs from TI in my design.

TPS54332DDAR

TPS2590RSAT

TPS63030DSKT

TPS73601DBVR

Due to the current semiconductor situation, I am unable to purchase these items or any one of them from the same family.

Please suggest alternate Parts for the above mentioned parts

This is BSR-MV-LC team, responsible for TPS54332. Do you need P2P? And please provide the input/output information.

I m planning for a P2P part.

But if that is not available, any other part with 2 alternatives would be fine as we are in design phase. Alternatives shall be in stock for immediate 2 months.

Input : 5V

Output : 3.3V @ 3.5A

BGA not preferred.
