TPS2001D: Lower thermal resistance

Hi 

   TPS2001D is promoted to be 2nd source of RT9742CGJ5F, which is Flip chip, however, this package thermal resistance is 126.5C/W,  very lower than 220 C/W of TPS2001D. do we have same lower thermal resistance device in P2P?
