bqevsw bq20z75v100_1_81 dfi

Hello,

I recently repaired my bq20z75 EVM and have found that the ICs I recieved require a DFI file that I can't find (bq20z75v100_1_81). Could someone provide this file or a link to where I can download it?

    I'm not sure what FW version do you have, but v100 is not a released version.

    Anyway, attached is the latest released FW for bq20z75. Follow SLUA336 app note to update the FW. You can download the latest EVSW from the product webpage under Tools and Software section: http://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/bq20z75-v180.html

     

    Once you have updated the FW, you can use bqEASY (one of the plugin in EVSW) to create a default DFI file.

    Jackie,

    The v100 is what the bqEVSW is requesting at the 1B step under bqEASY. It says it cannot find bq20z75v100_1_81.dfi. I don't have the option to "Keep Existing Dataflash Image" either. I will use the SENC file to update the firmware as you instructed and then create the DFI from this by reading the dataflash image back. I believe I have the latest bqEVSW (version 0.9.64) but I have had to install a bunch of different versions to get the DFI files for the other managers I am looking at so I don't know if the version number is correct.
