We are having very hard time passing EMI test (FCC) for the past 1 year. We followed all design/layout recommendations from datasheet and tips/advice from TI E2E forum regarding EMI improvements for BQ24172 IC. Also, we consulted 4 different EMC/EMI experts for mitigation and redesigned the board multiple times but no luck passing EMI test. We were wondering if TI expert can look at our design/layout and provide recommendations for EMI improvement. Any feedback/advice from TI will be greatly appreciated.
