LM74670-Q1: Alternate part for LM74670 which Can support up to 400KHz Operation

Hello Experts,

I am designing an AC to DC rectifier for <40V. The LM74670-Q1 supports operation only till 300HZ. But, My application needs 350KHz. Are there any other parts similar to this which Can support the higher frequency range?

    Hi Vishal,

    LM74670-Q1 is an Ideal diode controller which offers input reverse polarity protection. This device can also be used for low Frequency AC- Rectification upto 300 Hz. This device or any of the devices in the same family were not designed for high frequency operation as high as 350 kHz.

    Hi Praveen,

    Thanks for your response. In my application, Input is a sine wave of amplitude up to 42V and 350KHz. I need to convert this to DC (same like AC to DC bridge rectifier. I don't want to use Schottky diodes. So looking for active bridge drivers like LM74670.

    Hi Vishal,

    Unfortunately for bridge rectifier architecture, we do not have any device/controller similar to LM74670-Q1 which can rectify a 350KHz sine wave.
