Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMR23630,
Hi
We currently use the LMZM33606 in inverting configuration to generate a -15V rail, and an LMR23630 to generate a +15V rail, which are together used to power op-amps. Both are powered from the same 18V input and share an enable signal.
We have adjusted the soft start behavior of the LMZM33606 so that on power up both power supplies ramp up almost perfectly together. However on power down, the LMR23630 powers down earlier and quicker than the LMZM33606, by about 20ms. The amplifier in this 20ms window is improperly powered and generates large negative voltages.
Is there any way to control the shutdown of the LMZM33606?
Start up behaviour: yellow is +15V rail, purple is -15V rail, blue is op-amp output.
