Hi,

To control the rising of the output voltage, is it okay to put an RC on the track pin?

Hi KF,

As a matter of fact there is already a default RC circuit on the track pin, buy could increase the time constant.

Track pin becomes active 20 mS after the Vin rise to the proper level.
As long as the 20 mS is passed and Vin is over the under-voltage lockout level, track pin will do the job.
