Hi Team,

Working with UCC21750 gate driver IC. The JFET I am using to drive is UJ3N120035K3S. When they connect it with the gate driver it does not give a simulation result. Hoping for your inputs. Thank you

    Can you help provide the JFET model as well as their simulation test bench so we can help debug?

    If not, the first thing I suggest to try is remove the JFET model and inductor, and run the TI gate driver with just a cap load or something like that.
