TL751M-Q1: ESR versus Load current

Figure 2 of the data sheets indicate ESR versus Load current unstable region with CL=10uF & F=120Hz. The Load Capacitor Recommended Part#T491D336M010AS & ESR is >1 Ohm as per datasheets. Please confirm if the specs are valid for F=120Hz?

    Hello Jitthu,

                       My search revealed that part #T491D336M010AS is a 33uF capacitor that is obsolete and is no longer manufactured by Kemet. The latest datasheet corresponding to the T491 series is : https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/212/1/KEM_T2005_T491-1093550.pdf. Is this consistent with your own search results?

                       Although we are not experts on Capacitors, perhaps an alternate solution would be to use ceramic capacitors (which have very small ESR's) at the output pin and place a 1Ω resistor in series with it. TL751M-Q1 is a relatively old device, and we have modern alternatives (TPS7B86-Q1 e.g.) that could meet your specs and whose COUT & ESR requirements are far more relaxed. Would these alternatives interest you? Thanks!
