Hello Shuai,
That's a very large range for Vin and Vout.
I found a reference design for for a 4-switch buck-boost that is very close to those requirements: PMP21278.
Vin = 9V to 50V, Vout = 12V, Iout = 25A.
There is also a design for USB-C at 20V/5A/100W: PMP10698. Perhaps the design could be modified with higher power output components to deliver 300W.
Vin = 9V to 42V, Vout = 20V, Iout = 5A.
