TPS2546: TPS2546 USB not recognized

hi:

The tps2546rter is used by USB charger. 15 PCBs were tested one by one years ago, and USB can be recognized normally You can't recognize the USB when you take it out again in years.

Please review the schematic diagram.

I do not see anything in the schematic that would cause the system to fail.
