Dear team,

The UNIT of OSC32KIN clock rise time is correct? The customer test this spec as the second picture, 7.264us which is far away 10ns-20ns.

Hi Sherry,

The unit of OSC32KIN clock rise time should be correct if customer test it at the OSC32KOUT pin instead of the OSC32KIN pin.

If even at the OSC32KOUT pin, test result is still out of specs, please check if the capacitance of RTC related pins' on the PCB board meets the specs.

If above has no issue, please check if the the probe has enough bandwidth or there is some extra capacitance added somewhere.

Hi Phil,

If the customer doesn't use RTC and 32k crystal, they should set 0xc3 bit0=0, right? Do they need to change other registers?
