I'm currently designing a new DC-DC converter to be used in a BLDC Drive.
Since I'm new to designing, I'm doubtful to proceed with this Schematic. I've got different values in WEBENCH and LM5010 calculator Please verify the attached schematic and please let me know the suggestions.

I have input your design condition in cal-toll ,and upload here, It looks your design is good, you have 48V input protection, VCC cap is close to pin, right resistor to get the 15v output, enough inductor 100UH, and I also see you have reserved space for R178 and C106 ,this will make easy if debug Vout ripple needed.

please connect GND as below. and referance to EVM UG ,it have a same sch .
My suggestion is, to input your design into Webench, it's OK to change BOM if you click and redesign it, as below showed an example of inductor alternate, after that, it will have a simulation result for you to review and confirm your circuits.
