Do we have to connect cells sequent for the first connection? I mean c0,c1,c2....c16. Usually I connect my cells like this.
But, In my design I have to do changes in connection order. For exapmale: C0,C3,C5,C14,C2,C4,C6,C16...
Is that possible?
