UCC28950: Schematic review

Hi,

Our customer is using UCC28950 for their product. The two MOSFETs (V2 and V5) often break after power on. Please see the attachment for detailed information. Could you please help review the schematic and find the root cause? Thank you so much in advance.

    Hello,

    What is the purpose of C23 and C24.  Those components should not be used ins a phase shifted full bridge converter.  There is a very good possibility that could be causing your FETs to be damaged.
