LM4041 temperature coefficient (figure 1 in datasheet SLCS146E)

Hi team,

Customer is asking question concerning figure 1 of LM4041 datasheet(shown below). This figure list 3 different curves (-9.9ppm/oC, 2.7ppm/oC, 21ppm/oC). What does these different curve stands for? (Do they stand for different parts that has different temperature coefficient?)

Hello Frank Pan,

Yes those are three different devices having the temperature coefficients listed.
The basic idea is that the output does don't change much, but the magnitude and direction of the change will vary device to device.

Hello,
Customer will use LM4041B12I and following questions.

Q1: Additional question concerning figure 1 of LM4041 datasheet.
Customer asked that Y-Axis(Reference Voltage(V)) may not be correct ?
For example of 21 ppm/C, voltage change from -40C to 100C is calculated as follows.
21 ppm/C x 160C x 1.2V = 4.032mV
But using Y-Axis values, -0.2V @-40C and 0.3V @100C so voltage change is 0.5V, and different from above calculation.

Please confirm Y-Axis is correct or not.

Q2: Average temperature coefficient of Vz when Iz=100uA
Customer want to use with Iz=100uA.
Please give me any idea of Maximum Average temperature coefficient when Iz=100uA and Full Temperature range.
