Hi,

Good Day. Customer is interested in inputting the footprint of DSBGA (YFP) into their system to be used as a single footprint for any particular part which has this package. It appears that there are two different suggested footprints that seem to differ in some critical ways. We see a YFP28 and a YFP0028APAL both used for the same package. What is the difference of the two configuration? Is it when we choose the "detailed view" YFP28 shows the dimension while the YFP0028APAL does not? Can customer use one for all of the YFP (R-XBGA-N28) packages? Also, we do not see a the package length and width listed. They are labeled as D and E respectively but D and E are not listed anywhere. It is the same measurement on YFP28 dimension when it is on the detailed view? Please advise. Below are the links of footprint for your reference. Thank you very much.
