Our customer's produce is BMS. The chip TPS65131 was damaged for some unknow reason. Could you please help review the schematic and find the root cause? Thank you so much in advance.

    Hi Kevin,

    I reviewed and did not see anything particularly wrong in the schematics that should damage the TPS65131 device. Depending on the what the damage is, cause could be some electrical overstress condition beyond datasheet specification.
