Good morning,
i would like to ask an information about the NC pin of the device.
Looking at the datasheet, it is suggested to leave the NC pin floating.
My questions are:
- What happens if two NC pins are shorted each other?
- What happens if a NC pin is shorted with another pin? The device is able to operate even in these scenario?
- The NC pin have the bonding wire connected to the DIE?
I am asking these questions because i do not find these details in the datasheet and because my board will go through ICT test and i need to evaluate wether test points are needed or not on the NC pins depending on how they behave in the above scenario.
