We received LMZ31520 with package Exceeding Floor Life by > 72 hours, but Height of LMZ31520 is 5.9mm, and it exceeds the maxim height of 4.5mm defined in Tabel 4-1 of J-STD-033D.
What's TI's suggestion about bake time for these super higher chips?

    Hello,

    TI would recommend the following bake conditions for units that are not placed inside a tape-and-reel. 

    Temperature= 125C

    Time = 24 hours

    I have reached out to the supplier for tape-and-reel specification if that is a limitation as well.
