Hi ,

Once device was removed from the over current protection , device would be back to normal operation no mater the loading current .

By the way, TPS54202 did not start even if I connected 120uF to the outside and turned on the power. Do you know the cause? ??

could you help capture SW+VIN+VOUT+Inductor current wavefrom for check ?

Float EN pin to check again .--remove R536 and R539
