if that is P2P and could be as the drop-in replacement, that would be great! Thank you.

    Hi Shawn,

    Thanks for the inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not have a cross to this device. The P-channel FETs are rated at -60V and our PFET devices only go to -20V max. We do not make any complimentary devices either.
