Part works after considerable effort but the part raises the noise level in the design in the 100kHz range. Where is this noise coming from and how can we reduce the noise?

Noise on your application depends on many factors like external components selection, PCB design, measuremts setup and so on... It is difficult to get to the root cause with measurement only. Can you provide more details here like schematic, layout design, measurement set up and application? It can help us to understand

Increased input capacitance to 100uf ceramic and increased load to 50 ma on the negative regulator. Thank you
