Hello Team,

Is there a way to distinguish between open load vs STB faults with TPS2HB35-Q1?

also,

when the fault occurs on any channel (ch1 or ch2) the SNS pin will give the fault output. Will this fault output specific channel selected using SELx pin or not?

    Hi Mahendra,

    Open load and STB have the same signature behavior with the output voltage rising to a value that is close to the input value. The device cannot distinguish between these faults.

    When the fault occurs on a specific channel, it will be reported on the SNS pin only if the user has selected that channel to be mirrored or reflected on the SNS pin.
