Hi Cickey,

UCC28070 is the most practical controller for 3kW and above, so I don't have another recommendation to make at this point.

Unfortunately, we don't have a reference design for 3kW, but customers have designed with the UCC28070 at that power level. It's likely more practical to parallel two boost FETs on each phase to handle these currents and use an external driver to accommodate the higher gate capacitance.
