Here's an issue from the customer may need your help:
Test conditions: regulated power supply of 19 V/10 A as input, pre-charge current of 1 A, constant current charge current of 10 A, charge 3 string of 25 and 18650 (880Wh capacity). The charging circuit is designed according to the DEMO circuit.
Issue: When the battery is discharged to 8.5 V, then the BQ24650 is connected to charge the battery; after 30 minutes of charging, the charge status indicator turns off and the charge is terminated. The customer would like to know how to get it to continue charging.
Could you help check this case? Thanks.
