    Hello Charles,

    There is maximum VDD current specifications for quiescent current IQVDD, and maximum operating current IOP in the parameter table. If the concern is maximum VDD current from a device failure standpoint, the thermal limitation of maximum ambient temperature, maximum operating VDD (in the application) will result in a maximum power dissipation and a resulting maximum VDD current.
