Hello Expert,

I wonder whether thermal data is right or not about below.

In normally, as I know that Junction-to-case (top) thermal resistance is less than junction-to-ambient thermal resistance.

But data is as below.

Could you please check it and feedback to me?

Hi Michael,

These values listed are correct.

For most of our VSON/WSON chargers you will find this is not the case. Whether this is true or not depends on the package type used.
