whether LM3152MHE-3.3/NOPB is compatible with CSD86336Q3D ?.

please give me the Deadtime of the controller that is not given in datasheet of LM3152MHE-3.3/NOPB.

Hello,

Yes, that dual 25V FET should work fine with the LM3152. The Miller plateau is around 3V, so the LM3152 gate drive amplitude of 6V is good.

Another option here is the LM25145 that provides better performance and lower cost. Send on the Vin range, Vout and Iout if you need further assistance.

It's 30-50ns for the LM3152. The LM25145 is 15-20ns.
