BQ78PL116EVM is not available for now and can't find EVM design files.

Could you share design files in CAD format?

And how can I change components value for POWERPUMP?

I can't find detailed description for POWERPUMP.

Due to the age of this part we can no longer provide active support. I will check to see if we can share the EVM design files.

I would use the EVM schematic components as a reference for designing your own system.
