Hi Experts,

Our customer have intelligent battery tb60. He want to unseal it with qb software.
It has (BQ34Z100-G1) this ic. Kindly guide us how it will unseal. Thank you so much in advance.

    Hello Gerald,

    Do you mean bqStudio software?

    On right side of the window there is a Commands tab. Scroll down to see the unseal buttons.

    Hi Shirish,

    Thank you for your response. This is very useful information.
    But when customer press the unseal button it demands the key as attached picture.

    He need that key to unseal the battery IC BQ34Z100-G1 .
    And also the key for " unseal_full_access " .
    Customer also requesting to kindly reply with picture if possible.

    Hello Gerald,

    The default keys are used by default in bqStudio. The popup is shown only if the default keys did not work.

    The keys were changed by customer. The customer keys will need to be used. There is no way to unseal without knowing the key that was programmed. If customer, does not remember the key, then use a new IC and make sure to note down the key when it is changed from default

    He have one more question:
    Can you provide the (data memory setting,for tb60 battery,'photo attached') and also the latest firmware file for this battery,'TB60 intelligent battery'.
    Kindly reply to me with a solution.
      

    Are the files requested available from TI? If not, do you know where can customer get this? We will wait for your advise. Thank you.

    Hello Gerald,

    Since the battery is manufactured by DJI, the best source for the firmware and settings is DJI. TI publishes the default firmware and setting on the product page.
